Anchor Integrated Business Solutions (Anchor IBS) is a Houston area-based business advisory firm that works with small businesses and start-ups to improve and enhance their business performance.  We provide counsel to small businesses in operations, sales development, inventory management, supply chain and procurement, logistics, and general management.

We are problem-solvers and exist to make our clients’ businesses more successful.  We are experienced, easy to work with, and results oriented.  We help business owners and managers do what they already know how to do …….. but aren’t.

Most small business entrepreneurs got into their businesses because of their passion for that field, and the management side of the equation is sometimes not their strength. Business management is Anchor IBS’s passion and its strength.

Only 4 out of 10 small businesses starting up today will still be around in 10 years, and only 1 of those 4 surviving small businesses will be healthy.  Small business owners come to us because they feel we can help them flourish.

Our knowledge and expertise help our clients achieve their business goals.  Our principals are directly involved with every client.  We  help our clients narrow the gap between what they now have and what they want or need.

Anchor Integrated Business Solutions provides assistance to business owners at far less cost than adding an employee or costing more of the owners’ time. This is a good example of the economic term “Economy of Knowledge”, because the client utilizes an advisor at a fraction of the cost of other alternatives.  When making a decision on whether to hire an advisor, the business owner should determine what his issues are costing his company and then compare that cost to the cost of a business advisor.  For instance, if his issues are costing him $200,000 and the cost of a business advisor is $20,000, then the decision to spend $20,000 to save $200,000 becomes easy.

Anchor IBS can bring fresh views and perspectives to a business.  It is not true that business owners must obtain help from someone who is familiar with his industry.  Whether it is widgets being sold or services being marketed, the overall business principles remain the same.  While an Anchor IBS business advisor may not be familiar with a particular industry, he does know business, and this will enable him to provide a fresh approach to his clients’ issues.

Our first step in getting involved with a company is a complimentary, in-depth initial assessment of its particular issues – this assessment is a 1 to 2 hour, one-on-one brainstorming session with the business owner.
